When people search for HDPE sheet suppliers in UAE, most of them mean lining material — thin, flexible, impermeable sheet supplied in wide rolls and welded into a continuous barrier. That is what this page covers, and it is what we supply.
Our range runs from 0.50 mm to 3.00 mm in smooth and textured finishes, black as standard and white-over-black where surface temperature matters. Sheet is supplied as full rolls, as cut lengths where site handling is limited, or as pre-fabricated welded panels folded onto pallets for restricted-access work.
Every consignment carries a mill test certificate traceable to the roll numbers delivered, showing thickness, density, tensile properties, carbon black content and dispersion, stress crack resistance and oxidative induction time against GRI-GM13.
A note on the other meaning: thick rigid HDPE plate for machining, wear pads and fabrication is a different industry with different suppliers. We work in geosynthetics, so if that is what you need, we would rather tell you plainly than sell you the wrong product.

Choosing the sheet for your structure
Thickness
Driven by installation risk, service loads and design life rather than by water pressure. Farm reservoirs generally sit at 0.75–1.00 mm; regulated containment usually starts at 1.50 mm. The thickness guide works through each grade.
Surface finish
Smooth is easier to weld, easier to inspect and cheaper. Textured is for slopes where cover material has to grip the liner. Orientation matters on single-textured sheet — the rough face points at the material it must hold.
Colour
Black carries the carbon black that provides UV protection. White-over-black runs significantly cooler under Gulf sun, which reduces thermal wrinkling during installation and makes defects easier to spot on large exposed areas.

Can you cut HDPE sheet to size?
Yes. Sheet can be supplied as cut lengths, or fabricated into welded panels folded on pallets for sites that cannot handle full rolls. Panels cost more per square metre and save considerable site welding time.
Do you supply thick HDPE plate for fabrication?
No — rigid engineering plate for machining, wear parts and fabricated tanks is a separate trade. We supply geosynthetic lining material, so we would rather point you elsewhere than sell you the wrong product.
Is HDPE sheet safe for fish ponds and irrigation water?
Yes. HDPE is inert and is used worldwide for aquaculture and irrigation storage. For potable water storage, ask specifically for material carrying potable approval documentation, since not every geomembrane grade has it.
Do you deliver HDPE sheet outside Dubai?
Yes, to all seven emirates. Rolls need offloading plant on site, so confirm what is available before delivery is scheduled — or take the material as folded panels where no plant exists.
