Supply, fabrication and installation under one scope
Some clients want rolls delivered to a gate and nothing else. Others want a lined, tested, documented reservoir handed over. We are set up for both ends of that range and everything between, which means you are not forced to buy a service you do not need.
Every service below is priced separately, so a quotation shows you exactly what you are paying for: material, fabrication, deployment, welding, testing and documentation as distinct lines. If you later decide to take the sheet only and weld it yourself, the material line does not change.
What does not change either is the material standard. Whether it is 400 m² of pond liner or 40,000 m² of landfill base, the sheet is supplied against the same published specification with certificates traceable to the delivered rolls.

Roll goods in 0.50–3.00 mm, smooth or textured, black or with a white reflective face. Mill certificates issued per consignment against GRI-GM13 and the relevant ASTM test methods.

Non-woven needle-punched geotextile from 150 g/m² to 800 g/m² as a cushion beneath the liner, a protection layer above it, or separation over soft ground — specified against your subgrade.

Take away stages 4 to 6 and you have a supply-only order. Add a leak detection layer between two liners and it becomes a double-lined containment cell. The price guide shows what each stage adds per square metre.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy the geomembrane without installation?
Yes — supply-only is a large share of what we do. You receive the rolls, the material certificates and, if you want it, a panel layout drawing so your own crew knows the deployment order. Welding equipment hire and a supervisor for the first day can be added if your team is new to hot wedge welding.
Do you handle small jobs, or only large contracts?
Both. A 200 m² fish pond and a 40,000 m² landfill cell are quoted from the same rate structure, though small areas carry a minimum mobilisation charge if we install. For very small areas, supply-only with a pre-fabricated panel is usually the economical route.
Can you work to a consultant's specification?
Yes. Send the specification section and we will confirm compliance clause by clause, flag anything that is not achievable with the grades available locally, and price to what the document actually requires rather than to a generic assumption.
Do you supply geotextile as well as geomembrane?
Yes, non-woven needle-punched geotextile from 150 g/m² to 800 g/m². It is quoted alongside the liner because the two are usually installed in one operation, and the geotextile weight should be selected against the subgrade and the liner thickness together rather than picked independently.
